Every toy is filled with crazy crinkle paper, and each mini toy is filled with North American grown catnip. Orders placed after 11AM PST on Friday will be processed the following business day. The pickup day does not count as a day in transit. Expedited shipments may take one additional business day. We are not responsible for USPS shipping delays.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order please email us within 14 days of receipt at hello@fringestudio.com along with your order number. In some cases, a Return Authorization (RA) number will be issued however you are responsible for return shipping costs and may use a carrier of your choice. Returned items must be received back in the original packaging and pristine condition.
