Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order please email us within 14 days of receipt at hello@fringestudio.com along with your order number. In some cases, a Return Authorization (RA) number will be issued however you are responsible for return shipping costs and may use a carrier of your choice. Returned items must be received back in the original packaging and pristine condition.

Please follow the instructions below for ALL returns:

Contact customer service at hello@fringestudio.com to notify us about your return and receive a Return Authorization Number ( RA#)  Please write your order number and RA number on the box or on the address label.
