Flat bottom canvas pencil pouch featuring Fringe original artwork on one side and modified found antique pattern design on the other, a ribbon zipper pull, and contrasting patterned cotton lining. Design pattern placement is random, making each pouch one-of-a-kind.

As part of our Memento collection, this design was inspired by vintage flea market finds, the Victorian era, and classic artwork that reminisces the early days of Fringe.

PETAL NOUVEAU (green floral pattern) created by Fringe artist, Lea
Lea brings her refined taste and perspective to a century-old design aesthetic. Delicately drawn blossoms and leaves weave together, creating movement and the illusion of nouveau-style lines. Strict symmetry makes the pattern modern, while the deep olive ground evokes dark period rooms and walls.

Memento Found Art Note
JACOB (purple & white pattern)
A late 19th century textile redrawn by Fringe artists. The original print is in the English Jacobean style, influenced by popular Eastern Indian motifs of swirling vines, stylized leaves, and flowers. The current Fringe update was named Jacob: a lighter, more whimsical version than the dark and heavy antique art.
